Signs your driveway needs repair
Most driveways fail one section at a time. Catching it early usually means replacing a few panels instead of the whole driveway.
Cracks that keep getting wider
Water gets into the crack, freezes, expands and pushes it open a little more every winter.
A section that sank
When the soil under one slab washes out or was never compacted well, that slab drops and leaves a step or a puddle.
Crumbling edges
Tires rolling off the edge break it down, especially where the driveway was poured thin.
Flaking surface (scaling)
The top layer peels off, often after years of de-icing salt and freeze–thaw cycles.
Slabs lifted by roots
A raised panel creates a trip edge and can crack further as the root grows.

We saw-cut the damaged slab at the joints, remove it, fix the base underneath and pour a new panel.
Crack routing and sealing
For narrow cracks where the slabs are still level. Keeps water out so the crack does not spread as fast.
Edge and apron rebuilding
Broken edges and the apron at the street rebuilt with proper thickness.
Joint cleaning and sealing
Old joints cleaned out and resealed to limit water under the slabs.
Drainage correction
When we replace a section we set the slope so water runs away from the garage and house.

Driveway Repair: common questions
Can you repair just part of my driveway?
Usually, yes. Driveways are divided into panels by control joints, so a damaged panel can often be cut out and replaced on its own. Whether that makes sense depends on how many panels are damaged and why.
Will the repaired section match the old concrete?
Not exactly at first. New concrete is lighter in color and weathers over time. We will talk through what to expect before you decide.
Is sealing cracks worth it?
For narrow cracks where both sides are still level, sealing helps keep water out and slows the damage. It does not fix a slab that has sunk or lifted — that section usually needs to be replaced.
How soon can I drive on a repaired section?
People can usually walk on new concrete after 24 to 48 hours. For cars, a common guideline is about 7 days. The exact time depends on the mix and the weather, and we will tell you for your job.
